The structural elements produced using high-strength pre-stressing ropes (270 K) and zero-slump high-quality concrete (C35 and above) in the factory, which was established specifically to produce with hollow slab technology, are called "hollow slabs". Our factory uses ELEMATIC hollow flooring technology. Thanks to pre-stressed hollow slabs, wide spans can be crossed, construction economy is achieved, construction time is shortened, the building load is lightened and the used building area is increased.

It is used as a flooring element in the intermediate floors of residences, office buildings, dormitories, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, car park buildings and industrial facilities. Additionally, pedestrian overpasses, stream closures, etc. It is also suitable for use in projects.

Thanks to its pre-stressing technology, it allows wide openings to be passed with thin sections. It is 40-50% lighter than void-free reinforced concrete slabs. Thanks to prefabricated manufacturing, it allows quick assembly and shorter construction time. It saves on iron reinforcement, formwork and concrete used in void-free reinforced concrete slabs. It contributes to simplifying construction site organization. It provides sound insulation due to its hollow structure. It has the ability to carry loads at the time of assembly. It provides construction timing independent of variable weather conditions due to production under factory conditions. It works compatible with different construction technologies such as reinforced concrete, steel construction and masonry. It is necessary to use a crane for assembly.

The span to be passed and the floor load capacity are determined by the customer and production is made accordingly. The hollow slab loads coming to the carrier system are transmitted to the customer. After the carrier elements of the building system prepared according to these inputs are prepared, the hollow floor installation is carried out. In accordance with the Earthquake Specification, at least 5cm of cast-in-place topping concrete is applied on the hollow slab.
